IRIS Surveillance Limited Case Study September 2003
IZR Solutions Limited was initially approached by IRIS's telecom provider who wanted to refer their customer to an ISP who could provide three business broadband connections for a one-week exhibition at the Southampton International Boat Show. IRIS required the high bandwidth connections to run live web cam feeds at various locations around the show. The analogue lines had already been ordered and needed to be broadband enabled once live.
IZR Solutions liased directly with the head BT engineer on site and BT Wholesale on behalf of the customer and managed a next day ADSL provision in plenty of time to set up and test the service. IZR Solutions also provided a broadband engineer on site to help configure the service and provided all the termination routing equipment on loan for the weeklong show.

The IRIS Surveillance Limited Case Study is a good example of the special, flexible project work IZR Solutions can undertake and deliver, where other larger ISPs refuse to get involved.
