E-MAIL SERVICES
A full range of email services are available from IZR Solutions. This includes POP3 and IMAP4 email accounts as well as SMTP services as well as store and forward services for your own mail server.
SMTP store and forward
We offer the option of having your mail delivered to your site using the SMTP protocol.
If you have your own domain name and a SMTP capable mail sever (for example - Microsoft Exchange) and also have a connectivity package from us (or another ISP) that provides a fixed IP address, our mail servers will queue any mail destined for your site whilst you are offline (for up to 5 days) and will trigger the release of your mail when you reconnect.
IMAP
If you set your e-mail software to use the IMAP protocol all mail will be stored on our servers. This allows a full recovery including all mailfolders, even if you have experienced a complete failure and had to replace your PC.
