For any project purchased with a Fully Managed service the full project management of the implementation is standard, ensuring both timely and well-coordinated installation, and that the solution works as designed. Your Project Manager will manage the roll out plan, communicate with you regularly to review progress, and manage and own the complete implementation.
IZR Solutions will provide a comprehensive proactive monitoring and fault-resolution service, including full management of all Cisco hardware purchased from IZR Solutions.
