Faulty Unit Returns Procedure

If you believe that the equipment that you have purchased from us is faulty and needs replacing you should undertake the following steps:  

  1. Contact our Support Department on 08707 45 15 15 (Mon-Fri 08:00-20:00). If following our diagnosis your hardware appears to be faulty and the unit is still in warranty we will arrange a replacement unit to be sent to you.
  2. The replacement unit will be shipped and you will be required to return the faulty unit. (Please do not return any micro-filters)
