Faulty Unit Returns Procedure
If you believe that the equipment that you have purchased from us is faulty and needs replacing you should undertake the following steps:
- Contact our Support Department on 08707 45 15 15 (Mon-Fri 08:00-20:00). If following our diagnosis your hardware appears to be faulty and the unit is still in warranty we will arrange a replacement unit to be sent to you.
- The replacement unit will be shipped and you will be required to return the faulty unit. (Please do not return any micro-filters)
Please note:
- Please only return the faulty item
- If a replacement unit is required we will require the Serial number of the faulty unit before an RMA number is issued.
- On reciept of the replacement unit the faulty equipment MUST be returned to avoid any surcharges.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure safe delivery of the equipment in the original packaging, damaged items will be identified and notification given upon receipt.
- This service is only applicable if the equipment has been purchased from izR Solutions and the unit is still under the 1yr Manfacturers warranty.
