Speedtouch 300 USB Modem
The SpeedTouch 330 USB ADSL modem has driver support for all of today's most popular operating systems, including:
- Windows 98SE
- Windows ME
- Windows 2000
- Windows XP and XP SP1/2
- Mac Classic 8.6-9.2
- Mac OS X (10.1 - 10.4)
- Linux
Speedtouch 300 USB Modem for Windows
The modem MUST NOT be connected to the PC during the installation of the driver software or it will not install properly.
1) Insert the Speedtouch 330 CD. The install program will start automatically and the screen below should appear.
2) Once you have read through the License Agreement and you accept the terms. Click "Yes" to continue
3) The setup software will now confirm where the installed files are to be placed. If no changes are required click "Next"
4) Click "Next"
5) The setup program will now install the software and drivers.
6) Once the driver installation have completed, the following window should appear. Click "Finish" to complete the installation
You can now connect your Speedtouch USB modem to your computer.
7) When the modem is plugged in, the computer should automatically detect it and start installing the necessary drivers.
8) The install process may take a few minutes to complete.
9) Once the modem is installed successfully, the alcatel software will have placed a shortcut to the "Alcatel Speedtouch Connection" on your desktop. When you are ready to connect Double Click on the icon.
10) When you are ready to connect and have Double Clicked on the Speedtouch icon the following window will appear. You must enter your izR ADSL username and password provided on your activation documents.
When you have done this, click "Connect"
