DIAL-UP SETTINGS
Configuring Windows XP
The following page will show you how to setup a connection manually within Windows XP
Standard Windows XP Dial Up Connection
1) To create a new connection, you will need to open Network Connections . Goto the "my computer" icon on your desktop then "control panel" then select (double click) Network Connections.
2) Select Create a new connection
3) In this window Click Next
4) In this window select option 2 " Set up my connection manually " then click on Next
5) Leave this option as the default option " Connect using a dial-up modem " Click on Next
6) Enter the name of the connection you are creating e.g izR Solutions. Click on Next
7) Enter the telephone number that you wish to connect to. Our standard dialup number is 0845 6015361. Click on Next
8) Enter your username and password which is listed on your Certificate of Registration. Click on Next
9) Well done.. we have finished setting up the connection. Click on Finish
10) Your new izR connection is ready to use, to connect (double click) on the izR icon.
11) Check your username is correct and click on Dial
12) You are now on your way to getting connected to izR Solutions
