Mail Server Addresses
Incoming (POP3) Server: pop.izr.com (port 110)
Outgoing (SMTP) Server: smtp.izr.com (port 25)
Supported Mail Clients
Our service is designed to work with all mail clients that conform to POP3 protocol. Listed below are clients that we can provide basic configuration support:
Webmail
If for some reasons you are unable to recieve your email via your normal method and you normally recieve your mail via POP3 then you can utilize our Webmail service. The interface is completely web based and can be accessed from any web browser anywhere in the world*. It's easy to use, but first time users might need a little help setting up their preferred email address, etc. Please click on this link for further help

* Requires an Internet connection with unrestricted access, check with local internet provider for compatibility.
Anti Virus and Anti Spam - Netcop MailScan
izR offer a full Anti Virus and Anti Spam subscription package further details available here. When enabled the facility offers you the ability to control Blacklists and Whitelists and monitor email throughput via a Web Interface. We also offer MailScan POP Scanner which once enabled requires the following settings to be set:
Incoming POP server: pop.izrpromail.com
Username: mailxxxxx@pop.izr.com
Password: remains the same
Please note: Do NOT change these details until you have received notification of activation from our Provisioning department, failure to wait may lead to loss of email service.

izR Email Restrictions
izR operate some restrictions to our service to provide a fair and reliable service to all of our customers and to protect our service from abuse.
- For both incoming and outgoing e-mail the limit is set to attachments with a maximum size of approximately 40 Megabytes
- izR reserve the right at anytime to restrict or disable SMTP access for outbound mail. This is designed to protect our service from abuse due to open relay mail servers, or deliberate attempts to send commercial (advertising) e-mails. How do I change my email address?
All requests for mailbox amendments should be made via email from the registered owner to support@izr.com. No requests for changes can be accepted or will be actioned via the telephone, if you are unable to make a request via email then please fax your request to 0845 504 6318 on company headed paper.
